Can I order over the phone?
No. All orders must be processed via our webstore.

When I receive my order confirmation does this mean I have been billed?
Yes, it does.

How do I pay using PayPal?
At checkout, click on the PayPal checkout located under your total amount.

What if I have a large order?
Orders over $200 may be subject to an additional credit card authorization process. This extra step is to protect you from fraudulent use of your card.

What if my credit card declines?
If your credit card declines, your order will not be accepted. Please try again using a different form of payment (another accepted credit card or PayPal). 

 

GENERAL QUESTIONS

How will I know if there is a problem with my order?
If there is an issue with your order, we will contact you within  3-5 business days of when you placed your order.

My country is not listed when I checkout, why is that? 
Unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee international deliveries in countries where deliveries are difficult for our carriers are not listed.

If I order an item online, is it guaranteed in stock? 
We do our best to ensure that all items featured on our site are in stock and ready to ship. Occasionally, demand may exceed supply or a manufacturer delay may occur. In those instances, we make every effort to contact you via email or phone.

Please confirm the contact information you provide is accurate and the best way to reach you.

How are credit card orders billed? 
You’ll see “Forward Merch LLC” on your billing statement.

 

PRE-ORDERS

How will I know when the preorder will ship?
The estimated ship date on preorders is subject to change due to production delays. However, the preorder product page will always reflect the most current ship date information, so it's best to refer to the product page for up-to-date information.

How do I know if I successfully placed my preorder?
If you place an order for a preorder item, your order will remain in "processing" until the order ships. However, if there is an issue with your order, Forward Merch will contact you as quickly as possible.

I placed an order for several items, one being the preorder merchandise? When will my order ship?
We are unable to ship orders separately. However, if your order contains a preorder item, the entire order will ship once the preordered item becomes available. We suggest placing separate orders for in-stock items if you do not wish to wait.

The in-stock date has passed, and my order has not shipped?
If there is a concern regarding your order, please email support@forwardmerch.com, and we will do our best to resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.
